Is there a kids drawing app that works offline?
Yes, and it is worth insisting on. An app that works fully offline cannot load adverts, cannot send data anywhere, and cannot fail in a car or on a plane — which is exactly when a child's drawing app is most needed.
Offline is a privacy signal, not just a convenience
An app that draws entirely on the device has no reason to contact a server while your child uses it. That rules out ad loading, behavioural tracking and cloud uploads of your child's drawings in one go — without you having to read a privacy policy to find out.
